Our process

We work with the greatest flexibility in mind. We understand that changes happen throughout the project and we want to work with you to make them as smooth as possible.

We can deliver your project from any stage of construction, whether you walk in with an idea for what you want your home to look like, or with a complete suite of drawings, designs and materials, we will work together to develop the scope and discuss options to help reduce costs or shorten the construction program.

At all times you will have complete control of the decision making process. I also pride myself on my ability to make things happen – there is nothing that is too complex that it cannot be achieved. All it takes is effort, time and some innovative thinking, and with my engineering background we have been able to achieve highly innovative solutions on many successful past projects. I am also confident in my ability to achieve efficiency in time and budget, through effective project and subcontractor management.
